  • What is 3rd Generation Nation?

    3rd Generation Nation is a one woman ran company where I hand make high quality eccentric packs, pouches and other accessories. My name is Kelli and I have been sewing since I was 8 years old. In 2015 I started making hip pouches and fanny packs and have since found my my passion in making durable, functional and visually pleasing items that can withstand the roughest mosh pits, outdoor adventures and everyday wear for years to come. Everything made and shipped right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Some items are ready to ship, but most items are made to order. Because the amount of orders I receive in a give time period ship times can vary but on average take 1-2 weeks, but can occasionally take 4 weeks tops during vert busy periods to reach the post office. Orders are mailed out in batches, usually a couple times a week as they become completed. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you need your order by a specific time period, please reach out and ask before placing your order.

  • Do you make custom orders?

    Sometimes, depending on what you're looking for. I can pretty easily swap fabrics for fabric that was used on a different item and can occasionally take on custom patterns, just depending if its a feasible design I can come up with and if I have the extra time. Custom orders require purchase before the item is complete and take 1-3 weeks processing time (depending on the item).   • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Sure do! I ship to all countries! Certain countries charge custom fees in which I have no way of finding out what amount that is to include in the price of an item to pre-purchase. If you are unsure if your country charges a customs fee, please reach out to your local post office before ordering.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled at no fee within the first 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours a processing fee (what Storenvy charges) will be deducted from the refund. If you have a special circumstance, (ie a death, etc.) please reach out and let me know what is going on so we can work something out.

  • What do I do if I have an issue/question/concern with my order?

    For any and all questions and concerns please reach out to me by sending a message through the storenvy site. I will respond back as quickly as I can and find a solution or answer to your question or concern.
